Data processed

The ADS service, operated by the Digital & Data Technical Board, is a product developped by Microsoft, wherein the following personal data are used and stored:

Enterprise Active Directory data

• Name
• FirstName
• CUID (login)
• Mail address

User chosen data

• Avatar picture (if defined)

Usage of the ADS services is a tacit agreement for D&D to use these data

Data retention

• Web access logs are kept for 1 year. It means that any trace of a web connection is deleted after 365 days
• ADS project data is available as long as the Team project is alive
• Once the team project is over, and after a 2 years long read-only period, it will be archived and no longer accessible on the ADS service

Your rights

As owner of a client access (AD-APP account), you are allowed to ask for:

• for your activity data, for a given team project
• to anonymize your data, for a given team project
